Taiwan (select countries)

It seems rather confusing/misleading/erroneous to have "Taiwan, province of China" in the list of countries, because:
1. a province of a country would not be a country by itself
2. with a visa for China, you would not be able to enter Taiwan
3. in the list, there is no "Taiwan", which issues its own visa and has its own government, armed forces and foreign relations.
